According to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, withdrawals can only be made through a method that has been previously used for a deposit.
If deposits have been made using multiple methods, withdrawals must be processed in proportion to those methods. Trendo's financial team is responsible for reviewing and confirming this.
The deposit bonus is not withdrawable, but the profit generated from it can be withdrawn.
When withdrawing via cryptocurrency, be sure to carefully check the wallet address.
Bank withdrawals are only possible if the bank account or card is in the name of the account holder.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed instantly.
On market holidays (Saturday and Sunday), you can withdraw if you do not have an open position in the relevant symbols.
If you have an open position, you can withdraw up to 30% of your remaining account balance. Always be aware of your stop-out level when making a withdrawal with an open position.
Trendo does not charge any fees for deposit and withdrawal transactions.
