The first step to start working with Trendo is to create a user account and complete identity verification. You can register and verify your identity directly through the Trendo trading platform.
To create a user account, get started through the Trendo app.
Download and install the Trendo app suited to your device. (Download and install the platform)
From the app menu, go to the “Login and Sign Up” section.
Enter the required information, including your first name, last name, email, and password.
After reading the terms, enable the “I agree to the terms” option and click “Sign Up”.
An account confirmation email will be sent to you. Open your email and click the “Verify My Email” option.
• Your first and last name must be entered exactly as they appear on your identification document.
• Using a nickname is not permitted.
• The email you enter must be valid and accessible.
• Password recovery, account confirmation, and important notifications are handled through email.
Note: Quick registration with a Google account and an Apple Account is also available. By choosing this method, your account information is retrieved automatically, and the registration process is completed more quickly.
After registering, you must complete identity verification to use all of Trendo’s features and to make withdrawals.
• Go to the “Profile” section.
• Check your first and last name and make sure they fully match your identification document.
• If your email has not been confirmed, confirm it first. (Confirming your email)
1. Select your nationality.
2. Choose one of the valid identification documents:
◦ National ID card
◦ Passport
◦ Driver’s license
3. Your first and last name must match your identification document.
4. Enter your ID number correctly.
5. Upload an image of your identification document in the relevant section, or capture it with your device’s camera.
6. Submit your identity verification request.
Carefully complete your residential information, including country, city, and any other requested details.
After completing the steps above, your identity verification request will be reviewed.
• Submitted documents are reviewed in the shortest possible time.
• If there is any defect in your documents, you will be notified through the platform’s online chat.
• Each user completes identity verification only once, after which they can create multiple trading accounts.
• Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals and full use of Trendo’s financial services.
• Depositing cryptocurrency is possible without identity verification.

• Entering a first and last name that does not match the identification document.
• Identity documents being rejected due to low image quality.
